HIGH SCHOOL DEVELOPMENT (CURRENT FRESHMEN-SENIORS)

* DEFENSIVE CONCEPTS
* OFFENSIVE CONCEPTS
* ADVANCE TECHNIQUES
* CONDITIONING PROGRAM
* RULES OF THE GAME
This Winter, we will continue our more extensive conditioning component that incorporates speed, agility, endurance, and moderate strength training – all designed to prepare players for the demands of the game while reducing injury risks.

To participate, please complete the following steps:
Complete Registration form below and submit. PLEASE NOTE: This submission is binding and we will be holding a spot for your athlete in our program for WINTER SESSION 2026.
If you haven’t already, register as a player with the USFHA. For further explanation on this step, please refer to our F.A.Q.
If you haven’t already, download and complete the Performance Hockey Waiver & Insurance Form 2026. Once signed, please email the completed form to performancefieldhockey@gmail.com
